— Seed list (who should receive test email)

Optional Assets: 

— Suppression list (full emails required, no hashed emails)

— Timing of send

— Specific testing requests

Size Specifications:

— Maximum width: 600px

— Maximum height: Flexible, 800-1500px recommended

— Maximum file size: images should be under 1MB each

Best Practices: 

— Include your company name and/or logo within your ad for branding purposes

— Avoid any messaging in your eblast or the subject line that implies Bible Gateway is asking subscribers to read your eblast.

— The subject line should not use all caps or "Re:" as both are often flagged as spam. 

HTML Recommendations:

— Use table-based layouts to ensure proper viewing across all platforms and devices

— Use inline styles.

— Validate your code: http://validator.w3.org

— Avoid background images as they do not always render properly

— Place your most compelling message above the fold – this is about 350 pixels.
